Advance

Advance is home to a lot of larger properties, from the golf-course neighborhoods near Bermuda Run to homes on acreage toward the Yadkin River. Bigger houses mean more surface, and we scope every bit of it in writing so the estimate is clear.

Interior repaints, exterior repaints, and new flooring are the usual requests, and we often do two of the three in a single project.

Advance is toward the western end of our range, so we plan the work in full days and keep the schedule tight.
